Venturist Autopsy Choice Cards
Cardholders must submit a face photograph suitable for ID and a facsimile signature.

The cards will be the same on both sides.
All this can be handled by email. They must also indicate a postal address to mail the card to.
Members are asked to email Mike Perry if they would like a card.
To be a cardholder, in addition, you
- must have a fully funded contract with a recognized cryonics organization for your cryopreservation following clinical death. (Currently recognized cryonics organizations are: Alcor, American Cryonics Society, Cryonics Institute and KrioRus, special cases if any handled on case-by-case basis.)
- must subscribe to the two Venturist principles
- to try to do what is right,
- to advocate and promote the worldwide conquest of death through technological means.
- Card requesters must indicate to Mike Perry or someone appointed by him that they subscribe to the two principles and have their cryonics arrangements in place with a named organization, and must give permission to the Venturist organization to verify their arrangements.
